About Me

I joined the office in April 2019 and I am in charge of marketing, communication and event management.

During my studies at Comenius University in Bratislava, I chose the Recruitment and Selection of Employees as the main topic of my thesis. At that time I was planning to work as a Human resources manager, but before that, I wanted to do some traveling. I followed my dream and visited the country on the other side of the world – Australia. Here I continued with my three-year tourism management studies and worked at various positions in top hotels in Sydney. That was when my passion for hospitality and customer service began. After returning to Slovakia I continued my career in hotels as guest relations, event, and marketing manager.

I was lucky to be a member of the opening team of both 5 * Kempinski hotels in Slovakia as a PR and Marketing Manager. Later, we joined forces with my business partner and in 2012 we established a specialized hospitality recruitment agency. Here, besides executive search, I also provided marketing advice for hotels and restaurants.

During my work in the recruitment agency, I have consulted various labor law issues with my current colleagues and assisted in organizing the EELA 2018 conference in Bratislava.

Passion for travel and gastronomy has remained my hobby as well as photography and art.
